About Me
My background
I am an immigrant who dedicated herself to achieving her educational goals and now career goals. Making myself proud as well as my family proud. Now, it is my turn to give back to the community that gave me everything. I received my Master's degree from National University in 2019. I have worked in the community with diverse populations who suffer from Substance Use and co-occurring disorders, such as mood disorders to psychotic disorders. I have also worked with those who are in a Mentall Health crisis out in the community.
I am also a Clinical Supervisor who is available to provide Clinical Supervision for associates completing hours before licensure.

My hope
I am here to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you are safe to talk and feel. My approach is Humanistic and provide complete positive regard as well as work together with you to get you to where you want to be. My hope is for you to feel seen, heard and accepted, no matter the experience or emotion.
Things I love
My free time is spent with family and friends. Travelling locally or out of the country or continent, and, like everyone, I practice self-care by going for walks, doing yoga, sitting at the beach with my headphones on and watching the sun come down or even better, infront of a bond fire, sipping hot chocolate with a peperming spool and listening to 90s R&B.
